Lesleigh Sisson, CFo, CFm, began her career in the orthotic and prosthetic field in 1992. With extensive experience in both administrative and clinical support roles within O&P, Lesleigh developed a passion for helping businesses deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring they remain compliant and profitable. Over the years, she has refined her expertise to assist a diverse range of businesses in the industry. In 2015, Lesleigh founded O&P Insight,a full-service consulting organization specializing in practice, business, and clinical guidance, with the goal of mentoring the profession and driving its advancement.  Lesleigh is a Certified Fitter of orthotics and mastectomy with the American Board for Certification (ABC) and received the Sam E. Hammontree, CP Business Education Award in 2018. Her mission is to empower independent O&P businesses to not only survive but thrive in today’s dynamic healthcare landscape.
