Wendy Miller

Wendy first started working in medical billing in 2012, as a follow-up specialist for practitioner claims. In 2015, Wendy moved to the DME field to expand her billing expertise and experience with pre-determinations and appeals. After moving areas in 2018, Wendy started a new career in a supervisory role, billing mastectomy items and focusing on verifications, payment posting, and team member support. Soon after she moved into a managerial position, taking on additional responsibilities like performing yearly commercial insurance audits and streamlining operational processes. She specializes in working with various insurance companies (Tricare, UHC, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Multiplan, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, and Hospice). Wendy’s diverse payer experience and knowledge of workflow will complement the growing needs of our clients and provide additional support to our team.
